Gazpacho Smoothie


  • 1/4 Organic Red Pepper
  • 1/4 Organic Green Pepper
  • 1/4 Organic Cucumber
  • 1/4 Medium sized Organic Red Onion Peeled
  • 2 Organic Tomatoes
  • Sprig Of Organic Parsley
  • 1 Clove of Organic Garlic
  • Organic Tabasco Sauce
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Mineral Water
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar


  1. Wash the fresh organic produce in luke warm water
  2. Chop the peppers, onion, tomato and cucumber into blender friendly sized pieces and place in the blender
  3. Peel the Garlic and toss into the blender
  4. Add 1/4 of a cup of mineral water to the mixture
  5. Add the red wine vinegar
  6. Splash a dash of tabasco and black pepper into the mix
  7. Throw in a small sprig of parsley
  8. Blend together for approx 1 minute or until you reach the required consistency, adding water to suit.
  9. Serve Chilled with cucumber slices and a parsley leaf for decoration.
